Fun BTS. I completely misread the rough drawing for panel 2. It was supposed to be Zan’s and reaching into frame and taking the ring back from the guard as he handed it over. I didn’t realize that there was no step of seeing the ring returned until I finished and then squinted at panel 2 all “Why is this guard casually waving them in–AW MAN.”
